Built in the 1930′s, Dr. Dodt’s House takes the maximum view of the Gulf. The house is located at 5624 Gulf drive with three large suites and a Gulf Side pool. Our sister company, Island Real Estate now manages the Dodt house so everyone can continue to come visit Anna Maria Island.  All have living rooms and dining areas, free Wi-Fi and fantastic direct Gulf views.  Full kitchens in Dodt 2 and Doth 3 and full refrigerator, sink and microwave in Dodt 1.  Sorry, breakfast is not provided nor are any of the Main Inn amenities available.  Adults and children are welcome.

The Entire 6 bedroom Beach House with Pool

The Direct Gulf front home is comprised of three suites and may all be rented in unison through Island Real Estate Vacations.  Please review the separate suites below and please take note the suites are not connected internally and require entering each suite from outside doors.  Sorry, Breakfast is not included nor any of the Main Inn amenities.  The Maximum occupancy is 14.  There is a private pool Beach Side!

Suite One – 1 Bedroom This suite has one bedroom with a Queen size bed, one bathroom with shower, and a pull out couch in the living room. Full refrigerator, sink and microwave. You have a direct Gulf of Mexico view from your living room & private patio.  If only reserving the 1 bedroom there is a shared pool Gulf Side. Suite Two – 2 Bedrooms This Two bedroom suite has 1 Queen and 1 Double bed. This suite has a full kitchen, living room, dining area, washer/dryer and one bathroom with shower.  This unit and the private patio look directly out at the Gulf of Mexico.
